Overview

The Setting Up of an Organ Bath would be the topic of this laboratory procedure. This course covers the organ bath equipment and the procedure in adjusting for isolated tissue preparations. The video lessons will serve as a guide for students to be able to identify the components and functions of the isolated tissue/organ bath. Another objective would focus on adjusting the equipment suitably for the experiment.
